Register Your Vehicle
All motorized vehicles on campus, including motorcycles, must be appropriately registered with ¹ú®aa¢¥aÂé¶¹University.
University students and employees may complete vehicle registration using the link below. Students are permitted to register one vehicle. Students who 1) are beginning as a new student or starting a new program on Pepperdine's Malibu campus in fall 2026 and 2) wish to park a personal vehicle on the campus will be required to register their vehicle and pay a parking fee. The fee is $250 per semester for commuter students and $350 per semester for residential students. Summer term will not incur a fee. Students who do not bring a vehicle are not charged the fee. The parking fee applies only to new students and will be phased in over four years. Returning ¹ú®aa¢¥aÂé¶¹students are not affected.
Faculty and staff parking permits are provided at no cost for up to two vehicles. Employees may register only vehicles titled or leased in their name or in the name of an immediate family member. Vehicles not registered to the employee or an immediate family member are not eligible for a parking permit. A fee of $25 will be assessed for each additional vehicle registered beyond the initial two.
Wave Associates, Malibu Country Estates residents, and campus vendors can use the link below to complete their vehicle registration. Wave Associates, Malibu Country Estates residents, campus vendors can pick up their permit at the DPS office.
Steps to create an account:
From a PC or Laptop
- Click the link below to access the Parking Portal.
- Once redirected, click the â€ÂÙ±õ³Ò±·±«±Ê†button at the top right corner of the page.
- Enter your information to register your account.
- After completing your registration, you will be redirected to the homepage of your Parking Portal.
- Click “V·¡±á±õ°ä³¢·¡³§â€ in the top menu bar.
- On the next page, click “Add Vehicle†and enter your vehicle information.
From a Smartphone
- Click the link below to access the Parking Portal.
- Once redirected, tap the person icon at the top right corner of the page.
- Follow the steps above starting from step 3 to complete your registration and add your vehicle.
Parking registration must be completed annually, and permits are valid only through the date indicated on the permit.
All vehicles that are not appropriately registered with ¹ú®aa¢¥aÂé¶¹are subject to citation, immobilization, relocation or impound at the owner’s expense, disciplinary action, or ineligibility to park and drive a vehicle on campus. A temporary pass can be obtained from the Department of Public Safety Office and must be appropriately displayed.
