A Guide to Donor-Funded Facilities and Legacy Landmarks

The progress and prominence of ¹ú®aa¢¥aÂ鶹University didn’t happen by accident, or without the help of numerous alumni, supporters, and friends.

Those friends of ¹ú®aa¢¥aÂ鶹provided the idyllic landscape where our main campus now flourishes. In addition, they helped the University expand to international campuses that are now a signature part of the ¹ú®aa¢¥aÂ鶹student experience. They gave the resources to create classrooms for learning, playing fields and courts for athletic competition, stages for artistic expression, and gathering places for students to eat, study, worship, meditate, and socialize. And many of them continue to provide the funds that sustain ¹ú®aa¢¥aÂ鶹as a thriving, respected institution of higher learning.

And just as they helped fashion ¹ú®aa¢¥aÂ鶹into a strong institution with a proud legacy, ¹ú®aa¢¥aÂ鶹has strived to give them lasting legacies as well. By placing their names on campus buildings, executive meeting and conference rooms, courtyards, and other spaces that serve the needs of our mission, our campus is etched with the names of numerous benefactors who believed in our University’s vision and gave generously to ensure its success—and, most importantly, that of our students.

Those names are more than just place markers. They tell an inspiring story of how the ¹ú®aa¢¥aÂ鶹University you see today came to be. Each entry in this compilation includes the name of the specific place as well as the names of the benefactors who supported it. When you visit this campus and admire our beautiful surroundings, we hope these donor bios will give you an even deeper appreciation of the vision, hard work, and generosity that made the ¹ú®aa¢¥aÂ鶹story possible.
